I cannot speak more highly of O'Neil transfer and Storage! A team of 6 men moved my entire 6,000sf multi-level home into 2 storage units over a 2.5 day period as well as packed a significant number of my most valuable personal items and did a fantastic job. They also moved some incredibly heavy items which was incredibly appreciated. They were professional, courteous, on time, careful with delicate and valuable items and expeditious. Their accounting and administration department handled my multiple coordination calls and my payments smoothly without any issues or concerns. Their team was clean, trustworthy and got the job done exactly as requested and the final cost came UNDER what they quoted me (after I threw in a bunch of last minute extra additions of items that they were able to supply me for my additional long-term storage needs). Luis, Nelson, and Nestor did a great job helping me pack up my 1b1b apartment for my move from OR to TX. They took extra care wrapping fragile items and also created a detailed inventory list for all boxes. My employer covered the shipping fee, so I can’t speak to pricing, but the pickup experience were great. I’m still waiting for my belongings to arrive in TX, but so far I’ve been impressed and grateful for their help.

We just moved our entire house from Hillsboro to Beaverton, about 8,000 pounds of household items. The crew showed up on time and were very polite and handled our goods with care. The cost was reasonable and definately saved my back and knees. We were very happy to support a local business and would use them again.

We recently had a very rushed complete move out of our home when the sale closed very quickly. O'Neill Transfer and Storage stepped in, and in one day, had the entire house packed up and moved over 100 miles away into a storage unit at our new location! They were very careful with our things, and packed and padded each box carefully. The crew was extremely courteous and polite, and were always willing to work around us as we hustled to get moved out by the 5 pm deadline. They drove the whole truck load to the coast and neatly stacked everything in our storage unit for us. Each box was labeled with the room that the items came out of, so now all we have to do is look through the boxes to find the items we need.

I'm a home organizer and I hired the O'Neill team to move my client's belongings from his old house to his new one and they did a wonderful job. They were on time, professional, and they completed the job very quickly. There was no damage to any items. Highly recommend!

My main movers for an international move contracted with O’Neills to pack up and load everything into a shipping contain. Albert, Markus and Freddie arrived and couldn’t have had better attitudes. They were careful with every item they packed. The main company had failed to give them a complete picture of the size of the job, but they made it work and ensured everything was packed professionally and without fuss. I was seriously impressed with these gentlemen and would highly recommend based on this experience.

After reading enough reviews about horroble moves, one will inevitably become wary and expect the worst. O'Neill totally blew me away with how professional and kind they were every step of the way. Absolutely awesome team delivered my belongings efficiently and with care up to my third story apartment (with an elevator, but still). Scheduling the delivery was super easy as well despite the delay due to the snow. Truly can't recommend them enough!

Have had these delivery men for quite a few of my deliveries they are always very professional and respectful and do a great job. Their customer service is phenomenal!

The individuals that delivered our matress set were quick & professional.This would have been perfect during typical times, but during a pandemic I do wish they were wearing masks/face covering. I think PPE should be provided & used by the delivery crew!

I was nervous ordering a bed online, especially not knowing the details of delivery. It actually came 2 weeks sooner than promised and the communication setting up the delivery was superb. They kept us informed even calling when on their way even though we were given a window for delivery. The delivery itself was incredibly professional. They were respectful and helpful. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company.

O’Neil delivered a mattress we ordered from Costco. Their office called and scheduled a delivery window between 8:30-10:30 and the truck was at our home right at 8:30 on the agreed upon delivery day. The delivery men had the mattress off the truck and inside our garage within 5 minutes. They would have brought the mattress inside and set it up but with the virus issues I preferred to do it myself. It wasn’t the 100% contactless experience I would have preferred because I had to sign the delivery receipt so they could work on that aspect of the process. Perhaps a phone call or email where I could confirm the delivery without touching anything. All in all a 100% good delivery experience with just slight room for improvement.

I called to have a mattress delivered from O'Neill Transfer, they arranged a time to deliver the next day, delivery was excellent, punctual & professional. The old mattress was hauled away as well, thanks for the great job.

I have O'Neill Transfer move us from the west side of Portland over to the east side. They were able to get everything in my 5 bedroom house packed up, moved and delivered to my new house the same day. Everything arrived as good as when it left the old house. Great work and very hard working crew.

Update, written 2 MAR 2020My items were delivered last week. I can say I have no problem with this moving company. They communicated with me promptly and my items were in the best condition I have ever had with movers. I plan on moving again, and I will think of this company first is all I have to say.Written 11 JUL 2019Where do I begin? Well this is a good moving company, most of my communication was done via email. I managed to get an estimator to come out and look at my apartment. I was glad because basing the cost of a move purely on square footage is bad. After the estimator came out I kept in contact and all my questions and concerns were addressed.The day I was going to have my items packed and stored the three gentlemen showed up on time and were very diligent. Very professional and addressed my concerned. I am experienced with other movers and somethings I knew to look out for.I will update this review when I move into a new place and have them deliver my items. As for now they left a great impression.

We had outdoor furniture delivered that we ordered from Costco. We were given a two hour window. Dean and Todd arrived within a 1/2 hour into that window.They were prompt, efficient and had the best personality, considering I had to determine placement as they were unloading. They carefully unloaded and made sure all packing materials were picked up and hauled away.They both were a delight in the short time they were here. Our thanks.

We cannot say enough good things about O’Neill Transfer and Storage Co Inc. of Beaverton, Oregon – affiliated with National Van Lines. O’Neill’s President (Bradley Boland Sr.) came to our rescue after we had been bilked by an online Moving Broker (don’t ever make that mistake!). Anyway, it was the day of our scheduled move through the online broker and the price suddenly jumped $2,000. We “fired” them, but then were in a desperate spot as we (family of 3) had our plane tickets to leave the next day. We called O’Neill and spoke with Brad Boland Sr. who immediately came out, gave us the price and made arrangements for the move on the spot. O’Neill is a very professional company with great client communication. Everything was packed and moved to Buffalo NY in perfect condition and right on time. I was relocated from OR to MN for work and it had to happen fast. I was not going to give up the OR apt. yet as I was not sure how it would all go. It was overwhelming trying to figure out which service to use and I was getting calls and emails with quotes from all over the country after I did an online search/inquiry. I liked the idea of using a local company and Bradley, the president, called and emailed and came over with some boxes to give me some advice on what to bring and not bring, etc. He was very hands on and trustworthy and everything went well. I would recommend his service to anyone.
